Who we are

Learning the Cervantes Language is an independent Spanish-learning project. The website is available at learningthecervanteslanguage.com.

Information you choose to provide

If you contact me by email, I will receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your name, email address and any details you provide about your enquiry. I use that information only to respond to you and to manage the conversation.

I do not currently ask visitors to create an account, make payments through this website or provide a phone number.

Website hosting, technical data and statistics

This website is hosted on WordPress.com, a service provided by Automattic. Like most website platforms, WordPress.com may automatically process technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, date and time of access and approximate location derived from your IP address. WordPress.com may also use this information to provide site statistics, security and other platform functions.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights in relation to your personal information, including rights to ask for access, correction or deletion. If your request concerns information you have provided directly to Learning the Cervantes Language, you can contact me using the email address below. Requests relating to data processed independently by WordPress.com or another external service may also need to be directed to that provider.

This website is an educational resource and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Please do not send personal information about a child through the website or by email unless this is necessary and appropriate and you are authorised to do so.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the project develops. In particular, it will be reviewed if the website later adds features such as newsletters, booking systems, payments, student accounts or additional contact forms.
